There is a lot of politics and the management don't aadress our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow.there is a bond of 2years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joining

the company is innovation and readily adoption latest technology.hear partner ship work with Government organization very different experiences. ICT Mode technology activity very impact to end users. travel policy and program experiences its related to marked rates. hear team leader and HOD good support for work, hear nature of work fully ownership based.

No salary hike. if iits geven 3 to 9% but this year

...viromant and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transpart. There is nice company every 6 morths bonus in salary

Employee can Grow their Skills and they can maintain their Work and Personal Life

They are not thinking about their senior and Old employees even they perform very well, and at that same time they hire new employee with very less experience even freshers in high packages. And increment polices is also worst. Hired Employee in FT Position and If That Employees perform very well form beginning they are not offer them permanent post and they hired Young Managers as Permanent Post but senior good performer employees still work as FT instead of Permanent

They arranged lectures by experienced drs to improve knowledge. Time to time they manage other activities over-all very good experience compare to other centres

I don't think any bad thing all was good
