... skill,growth and your effort.Following points under the category of dislike 1.No any salary slab like standard company. 10+ experience earn 30 K/month but same other employee earn 60 K/month 2.No any medical insurance 3.No any group medical from last 5 years 4.No any family & employee welfare 5.No any Food & tea/snacks facility which majority companies give to their employees 6.No any staff bus form colony/Mahuva/Rajula/Jafrabad for employees

Nothing, company under NCLT and removed more than 500 people. In last month. Salary not done for Nov.and dec. 2019 and june july 2020. Even salary grade not same for same work.

Salary equality ia not here.i worked here from 2013. But i got less than my juniors.

Pathetic living conditions, Pathetic working environment, Weak Senior Management, Huge gap in facilities provided to senior management (VP and above) and other employees, No schools, No transport facilities,
