Infrastructure was good , it was the first telecom company well equipped with latest equipment and fiber network of 70000 Km's , you got a name that you works with RCOM .But poor implementation and wrong strategies killed its growth.

Dislikes

Culture is worst, favoritism and internal corruption is at its extreme. The company could have survived if deserving ones got right compensation and right positions to prove themselves instead of promoting and hiring non deserving , non performing but friends and family of management on double the compensations.

Whatever the conditions and communication of Reliance Communications, they are all fine, no work is ever difficult if done in a simple manner. And the best way to work is teamwork, that's what we like best...!

The only thing I dislike is that the salary is very less as per the work.

My current CTC is so weak because my previous Salary scale is low.I am working since 2015 Oct. As per current time all expenses is high so due to low salary scale facing some financial issue.

There is Job security and work culture is very good. Company policies are good and environment of location is very good and pleasure.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign
