Very good environment and work culture of reliance .Here all are supporting employee .I can't say about job security but management are too good work life also balance. One moe thing I learn lots of network knowledge in this company, so overall reliance communication is best company

I dislike of salary structure in the reliance, too much amount deducting from salary

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that Constructed Network infrastructure, with good planning.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. and year appraisal is very low.

Whatever the conditions and communication of Reliance Communications, they are all fine, no work is ever difficult if done in a simple manner. And the best way to work is teamwork, that's what we like best...!

Off roll appraisal is very poor. I am working her from long time but only three time appraisal in my salary. While on roll job is very good for good package and facilities.
