Very good environment and work culture of reliance .Here all are supporting employee .I can't say about job security but management are too good work life also balance. One moe thing I learn lots of network knowledge in this company, so overall reliance communication is best company

Off roll appraisal is very poor. I am working her from long time but only three time appraisal in my salary. While on roll job is very good for good package and facilities.

No appraisals salary hike PLI pending from last 8 years No promotions , you have to work on the same position on which you joined , there is no one who can listen and resolve the concern
