...ry supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are very bad . appraisals are not fair and they don't give salary hike and bonus every year .Also don't give the promotion based upon the work performance.

Salary is not decent and work growth is quite slow.

Whatever the conditions and communication of Reliance Communications, they are all fine, no work is ever difficult if done in a simple manner. And the best way to work is teamwork, that's what we like best...!

The only thing I dislike is that the salary is very less as per the work.

The Compensation packages are really good and there are lots of opportunities for learning.

The work pressure is high and also there is no training or skill development of any kind for freshers or any employees.

Actual nothing is like "work culture" there what ever you perform there is only to save your job and to get salary. People who says Reliance is a good place to work, either they are having any bigshot's hand on their head or they are liar. The numbers of such people in the organisation is limited.

Dislikes

If you want good salary hike, promotion and perform without fear, you must have any bigshot's hand on your headh which requires only buttering skills and you must have very good experience to become " " Khabarilal " " of your boss.

Off roll appraisal is very poor. I am working her from long time but only three time appraisal in my salary. While on roll job is very good for good package and facilities.
