Upper management or above of Unit management is good & planning every time for employee welfare & trying to create good opportunities for employee.

Dislikes

Unit management making Monopoly. Staff facing manpower problem but management not telling truth to the upper management. Unit Management telling to work with safety but not getting safety as per standard like PPEs not getting time. Unit to Unit policy differ like Company Bus fare. One Unit no fare & one Unit taking fare as like difference between Mukutban & Butibori Unit.

Company policies are good, refreshments arrangements are nice during work,as colony accomodations are not available but company keeps on organising cultural events like picnics, Garba , new year celebration etc.

Dislikes

Carrier growth is not satisfactory. Existing employees should be trained and given higher responsibilities.

Company management is bery poor for labour.and any facility don't given for labour dipartment and whose payment given by company labour is not happy and not satisfied the payment. Overall labour's condition is very poor.
