Work-life balance is a big issue if you are working in sales/bdm in RelianceBPMobility Unnecessary pressure and unrealistic targets can let to tremendous pressure and you could also be asked to leave if you don’t meet the targets Skill development is zero as you will be only chasing targets

Work life balance is messed up,you will get calls in the midnight also and in Sunday also you have to work and all these things depends upon your manger,if he/she is coperative then your work will be easy, otherwise you are gonna suffer a lot

Having a self centred egoistic approach that they can sell any shit with brand name Reliance. Baseless and hypothetical approch and targets, Red tappism and dictatorship at its hype.
