Work-life balance is a big issue if you are working in sales/bdm in RelianceBPMobility Unnecessary pressure and unrealistic targets can let to tremendous pressure and you could also be asked to leave if you don’t meet the targets Skill development is zero as you will be only chasing targets

...k culture, unrealistic sales goals and too many responsibilities for one person. Lowest pay in the industry. And extremely large area of territory on each ASR to be able to work efficiently.

The pressure comes from top management and drains down to the bottom. Unrealistic goals and expectations.
