I suggestion that here if one man give a good sale to company Or any dealer it's company responsibility have to taken the immidatte action to responsible to give a bright future and other good benefits provides to ss, dam, keyperson etc. Here I describes a few last words to company if any candidate to get a job on dealer basis, then company direct salary on candidate account or not given by employer in han basis. Minimum pay amount today about labour rates give 15000 monthly because of it helps the poor labour man to take a three time tea, and eat good food in at home three time easily.Thank you so much.I hope you understand it's problems.

Work life balance is messed up,you will get calls in the midnight also and in Sunday also you have to work and all these things depends upon your manger,if he/she is coperative then your work will be easy, otherwise you are gonna suffer a lot

Work culture, work life balance, salary and appraisal are the lowest compare to industry. Management is pathetic and egoistic. Having a self centred egoistic approach that they can sell any shit with brand name Reliance. Baseless and hypothetical approch and targets, Red tappism and dictatorship at its hype.
