...ed me to do the same 1. Employee will be treated as slave. 2. No hike given 3. Variable pay has been deducted by 20% no matter how much hard work you have done 4. No appreciation but they will grill you when there is bug in QA cycle 5. Managers are worst. Many employee complained about their attitudes but HR doesn't care about it 6. HR are there just for sending irrelevant mails 7. It is more likely that you might break down emotionally at certain point of time

...ice period even if You have been a brilliant performer all through your journey. Salary is pathetic and deductions are crazy. Your CTC may seem very high but your in hand will be peanuts.

1. They dont pay according to experience and knowledge. 2. When they will hire your junior he/her pay can be more then you and you will be asked to take responsibilitity even though your junior is getting more salary.
