...ush and sell felling like telicom industry.job security is best but no exposure.no events nothing just push and sell as much as u can and when it comes to pay back time they will forget everything thing.And so in next month I m resigning from here only because I m not seeing any growth here

Bigger Company with tight job security.salary on time.overall nice company.

The Management don't have minimum market knowledge.they hired tsm and all upper level staff from reputed college with 0 market knowledge but didn't hired our experienced staffs.

Yeh company Isha Ambani chala rhi thi jab tak Data analysis nahi tha company ki pass koi correct data nahi tha jab data analysis aaya to har galti employee ka dikhne laga uske baad 400 employee ko remove Kiya jiska galti nahi tha usko bhi remove kr deya kuch employee ke karan company loss me jaane laga phir company packup kr di service closed 🔐 hogi ye galat decision tha company ka jo employee galat kar rha tha usko remove Krna tha lekin aisa nahi hua total employee ko remove kar deya

...ve God father in this organization then you can grow 2x. Otherwise you suffered. Only you can get your salary on time. Management don't know about how can we work.

No job security. No work life balance. Don't care talented people. No promotion. No major hike. Now a days they are targeting and pressuring for put it down resignation. No clear policies. Don't trust only reliance name. There is no any job security.

...ed me to do the same 1. Employee will be treated as slave. 2. No hike given 3. Variable pay has been deducted by 20% no matter how much hard work you have done 4. No appreciation but they will grill you when there is bug in QA cycle 5. Managers are worst. Many employee complained about their attitudes but HR doesn't care about it 6. HR are there just for sending irrelevant mails 7. It is more likely that you might break down emotionally at certain point of time
