Working hours have been extended from 9:30 AM to 9:30 PM without agreement. 4. My resignation has not been accepted despite multiple attempts. These practices are unprofessional and have severely impacted my financial stability and health issues with work-life balance. Immediate corrective action is needed to resolve these issues.

Nothing as such ..poor management , None of them are knowledgeable, Tech team is worst, No Proper system , Salaries get delayed to 15th of the month ...Even HR's who are hiring support profile don't know the basic English .. Even Top Management is worst with 0 Knowledge .

The organisation Reliable is good but the manager like Ajay Gupta made it ridiculous cheating with the employees for salary.He asks the HR and ER to cheat with the salaries of the employees so that he can misuse other employees hard earned money.

Dislikes

HR and ER must understand the difference between right and wrong.But HR and ER are also involved in the conspiracy created by the operations, especially Ajay Gupta .
