...to defend their jobes just by harassing people in the name of implementing lean.salary hikes are just for nothing. This company offer that much comfort that most of the people are working since long without updating new skill.which ultimately impacts junior level team who wants to grow.

Salary structure need to improve and promotion levels are very much lengthy. From engineer to asst.manager minimum 10 years required as per policy

... 1.5 year period that was count in experience bt we cant get experience letter .and we don't get our half year bonus.

This best system oriented company with various types of processes like stamping welding etc... Having OEM customer base... Regarding salary perspective company lagging for giving better compensation for there employees... Speaking specifically about div 2 i.e. E65 plant, work life balance concept is completely missing,,, you have to handle lots of (i mean really lots of) phone calls after you duty hours(duty hours ends up after 3 to 4 hours of your official timing)

1. Less salary compensation at working hands... 2. Late working (Division 2 E65 plant) 3. Frustrating number of phone calls after duty hours...
