No job security. Toxic work culture. Extreme pressure. No place for employee feedback. Super hectic task schedule. Too much traveling. Corruption on city head level. Work extended beyond working hours almost everyday. No proper health insurance despite being field job.

The will be no work life balance, the management. You can find the worst possible management ever, I had worked for almost 1 and half year and I hav e seen any employee who has got correct f&f.

Not have stability, No fixed work policy, no long term plan for consumer or retained customer. Open unnessary branch office without planing, and closed the branch in short notice.

I releaved from relex health care service India pvt ltd... But I did'nt credit my last month pending expenses salery they will detect that with giving any proper reason... And also work load is hard and task will be more, employee have to spend the money for travel expenses, atlast your leaving they won't be give they will detect a part off salery wighout any proper reason.

1.Founder are clueless 2.A lady name Sunita is reason of downfall of company 3.Due to inefficiency striving hard for funding 4.All branches were closed in 1 year.. 5.Unrealistic business calculations 6. Management have no experience of outside world
