First of all, I want to express my gratitude to our Relevantz for giving me such a wonderful opportunity to embark on my career. I received a full-stack training here to deepen my knowledge of a variety of technologies, such as Java, Spring Boot, and ReactJS for testing and deployment. I had a helpful and encouraging trainer who gave me assistance so I could gain knowledge. As a trainee software engineer, I find it easier to fit in with our collaborative organisational culture and incorporate our core values into my work in order to uphold the professional behaviour and ethics That to succeed in my career. Here I have learned a new problem-solving approach called "W3H Analysis," which helps with both professional and personal problems. Being a solution-minded person, I can easily follow this effective approach to solve any problems. Finally, I got great experience in Relevantz. I'm looking forward to get deployed in a project to implement my skills to gain trust from my organisation.

As a fresh college graduate entering the IT industry, I was filled with excitement, expectations, and goals. After completing 10 months of training as a software engineer, I've gained a wealth of knowledge and experience that has exceeded my expectations. Our training program was comprehensive, covering both behavioral and technical aspects. The technical training was a valuable foundation, starting from the basics and building up to advanced concepts. Even though I am from a technical background, I got to know about more things because our training was designed to be accessible to everyone, regardless of background or experience. As a result, I've become a better person at coding both front-end (React) and back-end (Java), and I'm now a full-stack developer. The behavioral training was equally impressive, teaching us how to conduct ourselves in a professional setting based on our company's PORIE values: predictability, ownership, responsiveness, integrity, and engineering mindset. These principles have become the guiding force behind my work, enabling me to navigate the workplace with confidence and poise. I'm grateful to Relevantz for believing in me and providing this opportunity. The past 10 months have been an incredible journey, and I'm excited to see what the future holds.
