Overall experience was bit good.. Environment is so suffocating.. No doubt company's CEO Mr. Puneet Jain, is a very nice person.. But only head of the company can not pursue the whole..

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards.
