Lala ji culture, No skills development,no system & process, u will became slave of distributor's because this is not company payroll job this is company paid distributor work job u have to obey them otherwise your job will be on stake. Non professional people's in this organisation. Advise not to join in sales for this organisation if u belongs from any good or system process company from FMCG or from any sector where you are responsible for your role & u had power for your territory for any decision making process.

Relaxo footwear LTD is a fmcd company and i understand that if you are from fmcg, pharma or otc than you should not have work with relaxo footwear and another fmcd company, Overall fmcd working culture are difference fmcg pharama otc.

Relaxo is a very famous organization in footwear industry. Always timely paid their employees.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. Simply all senior management are corrupt but always point out juniors. And the HR also part a politics with seniors.
