Non professional people's in this organisation. Advise not to join in sales for this organisation if u belongs from any good or system process company from FMCG or from any sector where you are responsible for your role & u had power for your territory for any decision making process.

Relaxo is a very famous organization in footwear industry. Always timely paid their employees.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. Simply all senior management are corrupt but always point out juniors. And the HR also part a politics with seniors.
