Dislikes

...o handle if you're working from home you'll be asked to work on Sundays as well. Work culture, salary, appraisal and everything is terrible.

Pathetic work culture toxic environment. No work life balance and lot of pressure😖. Just a time waste company. Only Slavery culture because some people even don't know to communicate with the employees.

WFH is the only Pro, they also provide insurance benefits.

Dislikes

A lot to dislike, they have a very weird way of counting closures, 1 closure is 0.5 in value and many such weird criterion. The entire week is about what to say in weekly review call. Managers are always putting pressure without trying to find the root cause of an issue. Very steep revenue targets are set which are impossible to achieve with the low service charges which Rekrut charges clients. The business model is flawed and the managers need to be changed for employees to stay.
