Work culture and work life balance was good, Work pressure was not that much, it was manageable. All leaves was provided by the company.

Dislikes

As I worked in post production department, I was working on Rekhta learning project, There was not regular meeting or interaction with project head, content team and other staffs involved in the project. They used to do meet with themselves. There was no orientation or introduction at the time of joining.

Likes

I am an urdu poet and know urdu arabi and persian language. rekhta is a place where i was doing what i know.

Dislikes

Rekhta is a group of people working for urdu language and literature. but they are not creative as they should be. rekhta does not provide amanities and job sequrity for there people. they are exploiting.
