Yes, there is no proper communication from the company. HR team is for name sake, they wont do anything that HR does. Management won't stand on their words. Delayed salaries for months to gather. pending salaries for 4-5 months. The job guaranty is zero, they can take out any person anytime, and there is no standardization.

Lot's of learning. CMO encourages us to take ownership and doesn't micro-manage. Helpful colleagues.

Appraisal hikes are not good. Mostly single digit hikes. No coverage for Parents in Medical Insurance.

This company 1st priority is employees, like employees career growth,increment and Rehlat has greet work culture.Our HR personal try to resolve our issue if any thing is there. And our event team is greet they organize many programs like out door and some indoor.And also Rehlat arrange management training season by a trainer.
