Salary on time, Monthly parties, work from home after 45days.

There is no hierarchy. Hr don't have any powers in his hands. Politics at its peak. They will hold the salary if they want to throw out someone from the organisation. They will not allow employee to serve notice period and force to give resignation. That's the reason all run after taking salaries. If anyone want to waste there 2-3month . You are welcome at regrob

I have worked for this company for few years . I got good promotion and salary increment very fast due to my performance .I got an opportunity to work under leadership of company . Best part other than sales i got an exposure of other departments also . with in two year i got an opportunity to get promotion from from assistant manager to senior manager .Only problem i faced that they are 6 days are working but it is ok .
