Shifting from Bangalore to Hyderabad

I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts

I liked to work in project which included treating patients with free medicines and taking care of them.

Skill development - Good

Dislikes

Growth and compensation was very slow.The work pressure was moderate but only sometimes need to work 12 to 13 hours a day.Officers and staffs does not value we individuals since we were contractual staff over there.The Office never appreciated whatever work done on time.Overall only treating and giving relief to patients was very good.Rather all was politics to downgrade and use the sincere workers.

It is autonomous institute govern by Central govt. There is no job security if you are working on contractual basis. Work culture is good. Management depends on assistant director attitude. I was working as a pharmacy officer there but after that I didn't get other opportunity my field after leaving the job on the basis of my experience.
