The HR and your trainers will keep you in the lurch and suddenly they will tell you that you will not be paid for this many days. Nothing. The company dosent provide any services. No bonus. No job security. No management. No HR. Everything is bad.

Terrible work culture. Toxic environment. They have a time calculating metric system on laptop which records hours. They make an issue even if one day its less. Pathetic HR services. And even more pathetic managers. If you are into digital marketing. Please never join.

What I enjoy the most is the sense of purpose on our work at Regenesys, Being able to market programs that genuinely make a difference in people's lives and careers is fulfilling. Plus, the supportive environment encourages fresh ideas, making every campaign a chance to innovate and grow.

Dislikes

Time Doctor become a distraction, focusing on logging the time instead of the actual work. It discourage exploring new ideas, or tackling tasks outside the defined schedule. Working on Saturday. No proper app track for attendance & leaves.
