...anagement is transparent. There is a huge cafetw and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

I think there can be learnt a lot for career growth which is make much easier for making our life

I think over all is good but the salary is not enough according to giving opportunity & designation & one more thing about to this organisation that HR staff is not good over there, they are very proudy specially whose senior over there so I think as like the staff pls changed them for bright future for organisation Thanks

Good working environment. Teammates are supportive and the management is not transparent.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our isuues. Salary is not decent & career growth is very slow. There is bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training not given to new joinees.

I like about working at regency hospital the work is strength. We manage the work according to the time. All things are perfect and all dietitan are on time. The round of floor and patient file was completed by the dietitian.

Dislikes

The salary amount was low and increment was also low and not on time their was too much difference after join dietitian and before join dietitian.

Patient facility good, good environment, provide material for work,timely training,of staff ,and proper guidance

Dislikes

Double duty, shortage of staff, shortage of gda, shortage of washroom for staff, very long night duty that is 10 days, in case people that is staff get sick suddenly then not facility for staff rest ,on duty and no fre medicine for staff ,
