...ks Need to do multitasking work Low salary & payment made only every 2 months Poor salary, compensation & employee relations Free food provided but later stopped due to the financial crisis of the company Worst housekeeping----one can find small insects & cockroaches everywhere in workstation, rest-rooms not cleaned properly due to the absence of H/K staff & non-payment of salary. No hospitality & unhygienic place of work. Finance people dominates other teams & has no respect. Please don't work or join this company & ruin for career.......................

The Management was totally one sided, they support inefficient employees, they prefer based on the the revenue they extract not on their efficiency, they dont follow any good HR practices so now company is under NCLT.

i like to work here because i learn a whole lot of things according to my stream , and they are providing good accommodation and transport . we can work safe here no pressure at all ,

Dislikes

There are no working hours for this company we need to work for at least 12 hours a day , even though they gave you OT hours as leave options it feels more difficult to work for that longer periods . And they won;t give you house rent allowances once you got married.

I am able to act independently. High attrition rate in accounts team creates more pressure. Overall learning gives some satisfaction.

Since the industry is not doing well, job security and career growth is a question mark.
