...favour of an employee. Even customers are not happy and what else do you expect. They give salary in cash and provide no salary slip, form 16, experience letter. Wasted my precious time working there.

Salary comes on time. Rather than that there is nothing good about this company.

It's terrible. They will lure you by giving you good salary. No work life balance. 10 hours shift on weekdays and 11 hours shift on weekdays. You have to travel minimum 80 kms per day to find a lead in formals. You have to call 60 customers daily. They will listen to your call recording. You have to bring an extra phone. You can't cut a call. If you cut a call they will take a strict action. No job security. They can kick you any day, they just want sale. 15 days of training where you have to memorise a book of around 250 pages. Everyday they will take a test and after completing your test you have to go to Delhi head office. (there will be no buffer day between this last test. You have to attend office the next day of test. You can't take 2 days off. They will give you punishment. They will deduct your salary. Only 1 holiday allowed in 1 month. There will some holidays where you have to come to office. Culture is shit

As i have joined this company through campus placement and it's been months so now i can review about this company. what i found out here is that you will learn a lot because company trains so hard. The mentors and branch manager i got here are very humble in nature and helps in every thing. i like the training process and working process. I got my first sale as well over here though pressure is so much but when you enter in the field of sales so there will only pressure. If you want to know how to sale the products in niche market then you can join this company

20th is the salary day which is quite late but this is fixed. and weekoff is wednesday

... work which helps in my growing confidence. Team Managers are very supportive. Salary date is fixed which is 20th of the every month which is quite delayed i guess but happy that it comes on time what they have communicated before joining.

Every second company has cons so regalo has also some negative things. I think they should do something for their head office as it feels like some very old building it requires some makeover. People will help you out a bit rest other part you have to do do it by yourself

...e the actual feedback. Honestly i have really enjoyed working in this company. Reason 1 - Salary on time. No Delays Reason 2 - As a sales enthusiast i am learning a lot of things related to the sales tricks and techniques Reason 3 - Working culture and team work.

Overall things are good but they can work on some policies like leave and holidays can be more accordingly.
