1) No job security, if project not available and if you are a male also you not oiling your boss than 100% confirm you will be expel. 2) Draughting related work, no growth in your career. 3) No limit of office time, some time it goes to 10am to 10:30pm 4) No extra facility for over time

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Company appraisal are not fair and they give not good salary hike and bonus every year. Career growth is very slow.
