Numerous HR activities happens every month and employees are given full respect. No Yes Boss culture here.

This is just Drafting center Major work on AutoCAD No Technical Growth. Major Employee having 5+ year experience reason they not able to stand or brake the interview in other company due to lack of technical and overall skills. NO JOB SECURITY. HIRING & FIRING CULTURE.

Overall the company is good but the bad part is TL. TL's are not enough experienced and got TL position based on their tenure in the company and no other skills reviewed. Corporate politics are more than enough to leave the company.

No promotions and no upskilling.
