Help me with in hand salary
Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions

...s a invisible internal politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent at starting but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Very bad politics by senior.. increase of salary is very much low without oiling senior. No development.. suggest every one please do not join ... They has no ofc time... Did not pay for extra work even 15th august or night of any day... Worst experience in my life.

The company is extremely flexible when it comes to employee needs. Very friendly and well mannered collegues help you to enjoy your work time at office. Unlike other offices where I worked, surprisingly I always received humble behavior from the support team as well.

Dislikes

Lesser growth opportunity is definitely one of my concerns. You don't really get the push from the organization to evolve as a greater professional rather it alleviate those aspects. There is no training and development department in the office to train you on latest upcoming at the working field. These are the aspects I don't really like about the organization.
