...ions take place based on reviews. Indian team is hugely neglected by everyone. During Covid times, Indian employees were provided entire salary, no cut off or laid off happened, appraisals were revoked for the 2020 financial year. It is the best workplace for below average, non passionate people to earn easy living. Compensations are good. Good place to retire. If you are work in India, I would suggest not to work there if you are passionate about your work, growth or mental peace. Recently Reflexis got acquired by Zebra, hopefully the management and HR team would change, and we will see better opportunities and work life in India.

Work is monotonous, no opportunities for growth. Hardly any standards are followed, no test driven development, no code reviews, all software lifecycles are a mess. Lots of rifts happen between uncompetitive tech managers and strong skilled tech leads. Ego wars, most of the teams work in a bad mental space. Talk to any of the ex-Reflexis employee from India, randomly, through social media. You will only get extreme negative reviews. Not one will suggest people to join Reflexis, unless it is their last resort Employees are treated really badly by managers and HR. Work culture is mentally and physically exhausting Bi-yearly reviews happen, but no action takes place One of the worst HR teams I have worked with, they are non-compassionate, who treat Indian employees as second class citizens. Hardly any rewards for employees, or good performances, or any outings or any festival gifts. Average expense/gifts employees receive/can receive in a year is less than ₹1001.

The only positive about this place is for freshers who join at a decent package.

It is a completely micro managed company with zero work life balance. Zero professionalism. There are even leads and directors here who use cheap Abusive language on team meetings and calls. Nobody with any self respect could stay here for long.

Empoyee's growth is his own responsibility but I think they must be guided or trained by the seniors more often.

Better place to work, teammates are very supportive and this organization is very much helpful as per my wisdom. In this huge pandemic they are supporting us all, no one has lose the job in our organization overall I will say it's better place to work than any other IT company.

In comparison of work, here shift timings are flexible so the work timing extends maximum time but surely it also helps us to manage the things in timw. I have worked in shifts previously so I will need some time to adjust here.
