The good thing here is that a below average person can thrive in this environment. No matter how bad you perform, your job will be secure here. Compensation is at par with the industry standards. Management hardly cares about the employees, but you will have frequent chances to provide reviews, but due to lack of labor laws and huge supply of cheap labor, no positive actions take place based on reviews. Indian team is hugely neglected by everyone. During Covid times, Indian employees were provided entire salary, no cut off or laid off happened, appraisals were revoked for the 2020 financial year. It is the best workplace for below average, non passionate people to earn easy living. Compensations are good. Good place to retire. If you are work in India, I would suggest not to work there if you are passionate about your work, growth or mental peace. Work is monotonous, no opportunities for growth. Hardly any standards are followed, no test driven development, no code reviews, all software lifecycles are a mess. Lots of rifts happen between uncompetitive tech managers and strong skilled tech leads. Ego wars, most of the teams work in a bad mental space. Talk to any of the ex-Reflexis employee from India, randomly, through social media. You will only get extreme negative reviews. Not one will suggest people to join Reflexis, unless it is their last resort Employees are treated really badly by managers and HR. Work culture is mentally and physically exhausting Bi-yearly reviews happen, but no action takes place One of the worst HR teams I have worked with, they are non-compassionate, who treat Indian employees as second class citizens.
