Working in Reflections has truly been very pleasant. The senior management is very approachable and has open ears to suggestions. The management is keen to listen to employees. There is constant interractions between employee and CEO on any feedback for the reporting leadership and other improvements in the work area

Dislikes

The quality of projects / clients is something which will be concern if you come from a Tier 1 organization. Another thing is noticeable is everyone is pressured to do forced pitching. Since the company did not have a dedicated sales team so management expected the effort from every employee. Some have technical and some have process related roles so not all are comfortable in pitching.

Likes

Reflections info Systems maintain healthy work environment. Project Managers are very cooperative and actively listening to team members issues in terms of personal or professional. Good HR policies and also regular trainings provided for employees apart from technical including finance management, stress management, etc.
