Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible

There is a multi lingual culture in the office. Almost all the co workers are supportive.

Dislikes

The list is very big. To name a few 1. Salary will not come on time, sometimes 10th, 15th, even 1 month delay can be there 2. Mgmt shall give un-realistic targets and shall chase to achive it. 3. No job security, its just like a kirana shop, anytime they can tell u to stop coming to office without any proper explanantion. 4. No work life balance, too much work pressure to chase the un realistic targets, and u shall be part of 8-9 whatsapp groups where messages shall keep on coming whole daya nd night even in weekends. And mgmt expexts u to reply and work on the messages.

We can learn lots of things in Technical ways. Way of treating is gud fir employees especially about salary it doesn't late. Trainee Engineers can seek and learn in Technical and non technical skills.

...rence in trivial issues - Slack in decision making at the top management level - Delay in salary payments (no fixed date, it could even be delayed by a couple of months at times) - Delay in vendor/contractor payments - Limited credit/recognition for good performance (For Eg., diluted responsibilities despite consistent performance) - Very average salary increments - Indifference towards personal issues and requests
