They are cut my salary during Covid time, and although discontinue paid with the due date. Here is no scope to increment salary. The best way to leave this company and create your own company. Such worst company i have ever seen. Two years over to working with Recoomps, but no single penny increment.

Actually we work for 24 hours, this company have no holidays for his employees, if any employee take holiday they cut the salary without knowing anything. Here is no innovation .

Nothing... Just working until I get a new job... I suggest no one to join this company as a field engineer

...ays No leaves can be taken easily Need to work on few Sundays at the month end Deduction in salary for unnecessary reasons Allowance not provided by company / need to repeatedly follow up for getting the same. No supportive superiors.

....Our team and the seniors were very good.There was a lot of support in the work.The salary used to come on time. It was given on the 1st of every month.I had a lot of fun working there and got to learn a lot.Reecomps company was very good, but if its management had been strong it would have gone further. In this company employee not growth. after 2 & 3 year no any increment. No any expenses, working rule not good.

Pros- Good place to start career in telecom sector. They have many projects. Gives fair salary. Co ordinator is supportive. Salary credits in time. Gives FNF, experience certificate in the end.

Dislikes

Pathetic HR support. Salary and position never hikes. Manager, HR is always non responsive. Kits are very old and maintenance team support is also very poor. Bill claim system is pathetic. If project ends it's tough to survive. For safety trainings like FARM to Cli, medical and etc a candidate have to pay from salary.
