Colleagues are very good, they are like a family members from all department only this is good at redvision nothing else.

List of dislikes Working hours 10 AM to 7:30 PM Bonus and perks is zero salary increment was good earlier but now situation is pathetic Work from home not allowed in any case. Politics is highly prevailing HR is non cooperative, employee prefer to leave organization rather than seeking any help from hr Employee retention rate is 0 zero. No importance given to the parent employees who have been contributed most to the organization The role HR is to be the voice of employee to the management, but this is not so, due to her employee really ready to left the organization. Management is blind folded. The support and service part is at worst stage, because all the existing employee has left the organization due to appraisal issues.

The Work environment and the supportiveness from the Whole REDVision team, Department, and HR are some of the best things here. I love to work here and there are always opportunities to upskill myself here provided by the team
