Not comfortable to work office systems ,web console loading issue, office timing 7:45 am not convenient , salary date change below 3 rd , low man power then talent pro application issue

Nothing is good. when they hire they informed that the job role would be customer support only we need address the issues via call it is not like selling or marketing. But when started working they asked for booking conversion and we need to like do marketing their product to the customer.They wanted to convince the customer. That's not the job Nature they informed when hiring. It's your responsibility to give proper job profile to the employees like how you expect the employees to be honest.

Dislikes

Internal team politics is there. Not a good team work environment and micro management is there. No facilities for the employees who are doing early morning and night shifts.
