Team Leaders and Managers only support those who are in their favour. Promotion and Salary increment 👎 Politics No:1️⃣in Redington and Redserv. Average Yearly Profit Apr 1100Cr /- But at time of increment the Managers way are treat like that NO BUDGETS. Even company can't be addordable amount of 1L per annum for Sincere Empolyees. But higher level of Employees Like Managers & RSM & GM etc getting the high level of salary and promotions every years. Low levels empolyees are working like 12 to 14 hours but getting the low amount salary. Starting onwards 2.2L.

Work atmosphere, culture, no growth, no hike, no career, no learning skills, just a data entry job. Poor and dirty management, micromanagement, politics overrated etc

This company located at perugulathur Sri Ram gateway B6 Block 1st Floor, Transport-very worst drivers are rude, doesn't help employees to have pleased day, daily Extension works more than 13hours per day, no extra pay for over time work, no leaves will be given even you are sick, more to say.
