They provided allot of training for personal development and getting good business skills. Every year they provide bonuses as per company growth with gauging of personal contribution for the company. Similarly, it would be a great opportunity for me to work under RISAL management and as well as down the level staff.

Dislikes

Acceleration in the field is difficult due to specific specialized services provide by RISAL. Due to some individual dislikeness internally I faced problem toward my positive thoughts. For new comers some time I feel that existing staff avoiding them.
