I disliked everything about this place everything that you ask always gets rejected on the name of investor. They keep on taking name of investors for small small things If an investor is reading this, please talk to the founders and solve this, otherwise no one will know where company will go

as a customer care executive at Redesyn, i am deeply disappointed by systematic issue that hinder employee and customers. they do not provide training, people keep on leaving, there is no escalation matrix. there are unrealistic targets. and no one cares about constuctive feedback. anyone who is looking at this. please don't join.

Flexible Work Environment. Founders are very Understanding and Supportive. Joining ReDesyn turned my career completely I have Learned and enhanced many skills and it also helped me in self development. Both the founders supported me in my work even if it is smallest issue I am facing. Every milestone reached gets celebrated with the team. Every week there is townhall in which every team discuss their issues and we help each other to solve them. Every Target Completion used to get appreciated by the founders personally.

Honestly its a great place for young professionals to learn about a whole new market & maybe for seniors to grow it as they like. Bunch of people find it hard to keep up with change & a lot of “no”s will come from management if performance isnt at par with industry which can be initially challenging. Overall in my next role, experience & relevance of working here helped me a lot in the next stint. If you’re willing to be uncomfortable for growth, then go for it.

I was hired for UI / UX, and very conveniently moved to graphic designing without asking or discussing. After this, the founders and social media person expected me to give multiple variations of multiple designs, as soon as they asked for it. They do not understand how creative process works, and are very rude people. I regret that I joined this company.
