...to work. But, financial status of the company is dicey even before the pandemic. Salary used to come after 20th of every month, so it made quite difficult to survive. No respect for anyone too.

Salary part, poor growth in terms of promoting any employee. Lot's of unnecessary pressure and poor execution of work culture.

Unfortunately, my experience with Redefine was disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend it. However, I had the pleasure of working with HPE, an excellent client, and truly enjoyed the collaboration. If I had to suggest an alternative, I'd consider companies with similar values and clients like HPE

Dislikes

Many people talk abusively. I don't like this company. There is a lot of politics in Ready Fine Marks. A work that should be done in one hour is done in two hours. There is nothing new to do here. We do the same thing that we have been doing for a long time. We don't do anything else.

Each day was a great learning for me in Redefine Marcom. Amazing organisation to work with the culture they have created is amazing. Everyone in the organisation is very supportive. About personal growth Redefine helped me in various things helped me in my conversation skills overall growth which is required in workplace.

Dislikes

There is nothing which I can mention that I disliked about Redefine.
