They have cut 25% salary for all employees. There's no job security. They are forcing employees to go to shoot without any proper police permission and/or safety equipment. The employees are left to fend for themselves to make themselves safe.

Dislikes

The work culture is not great as the employees are harassed by working overtime with no overtime compensation and no appraisal. There is not much learning to be had considering everything is done how it's being done for the past few years. There's no innovation or a different approach, or even an initiative to make the products better. There's no insurance. The work life balance is bad. There's literally no social life for the employees as most of the time they're overworked. The circle remains limited to the employees mostly. Work hours are erratic, and there's no proper timing when employees can leave, and rarely does anyone leave on time.
