All positive reviews are fake or forcefully written by the employees. Worst organization I have ever seen, highly unprofessional group of people. Very cheap, shameless and ruthless people are running the organization. They are like goons. Nobody is satisfy with the culture, Everyone is working there under some compulsion. They are playing with people's career, At the time of joining they show very politesse and humbleness and after few days they show the actual face and start torchuring the employees. They kick their employees for no reason. They don't have any policy no leaglal documents no PF, no ESIC. No other employee benefits. If any anyone take action against them, they threat the person. 1. Not so good office and working condition 2. Self-proclaimed product manager ruining employee relations and morale, plays alot of politics and involved in favorism and back bitching about employees 3. Management least concerned about employees views, more money focused. 4. But the money so earned isn't distributed well to employee i.e. bad compensation 5. Lacks of professionalism throughout the management/company

They take mobile Software projects from freelance site and hire developer for that work. After work done if they don't have any freelance work related to your work they will start creating position work culture for you so you can leave the company. At the end they get huge amount of profit. And developer is job less. No transport. From freshers they will ask training fees and take money no payment in that duration also after that no job security
