The work culture was very good and all the employees were very supportive. Work security was also there. There were a lot of chances to grow and learn.

There were certain elements and certain people which were very unsupportive and created a toxic environment.

I went for a interview in the Redbricks Ltd. There an company name vision tech interprise collect money in the name of I'd and then they provide receipt and doesn't make refund. It's just waste of time and money scam. I don't know how Redbricks limited allowed this vision tech interprise to do such cheap scams inside there office please stop and look after this matter red bricks company goodwill is getting spoiled.

Redbricks is supporting teachers not our in developing their professional skills but they are also developing their socio-emotional skills during such pandemic. They have helped us built confidence in us by helping us develop our personal goals as well. Constant motivation from the director side Ms.Renita Handa ma'am gave a personal touch to everyone. Her personal letter during such hard time was cherry on the cake.

The larger vision of the school is absolutely inspiring since it focuses at enhancing student independence in the learning journey. Your hardwork is recognised and you are largely provided with the support you need to meet the high standards set. One learns a lot here and builds plenty of skills that are essential for an educator to become excellent in her profession due to the training and challenges that come up with an progressive school. New joinees are given elaborate extensive training which may seem tedious but really helps give them a good start into the school program which is like no other I've seen. Team bonding excursions and special events are organised for the staff yearly.

Dislikes

The documentation is tedious, although part of it is essential. The amount of documentation required to be done exceeds what a lot of other schools do by many folds but since it is part of the school processes to meet the vision, it is unavoidable. The work environment can be stressful at times when it comes to juggling events and academic processes together or the task load that comes on hand.
