Bad behaviour with the employees, office politics, no job security, no rules and regulations, company works on the basis of boss mood, firing people with the baseless elegations. No ethics at all, One- sidedness (partiality), company hr is useless.

Only the timing of store opening and closing and salary used to come from time and nothing else.

First of all, the behavior of the seniors is not good and the arbitrariness of the assistant manager Rahul Sharma fired me without any mistake The biggest shortcoming is that no senior has taken any action against him, why did I get fired without any reason no one ask him?

There is nothing to like. Just my team members are supportive and helpful.

...u didn't get salary in your account. They pay by Google pay or any other option. You never get salary on time some time you get it mid of the month. Now from may 2022 they tie-up a third party payroll (Quess corp) so now you get salary in account but not on time. There is no job security. Sudden transfer without any reason. Work life balance is zero.

The life is ok ok with Redtape not much better. There is no career. if u have lack of education then Redtape is good for you and if you want to earn more money then please never join

I am working at redtape last 1year.I like this job and redtape careing the employees and customers very well. Now they covid is going around. We are safe in redtape

1,The work is too over load at sales man department 2, salary also not enough for us (sales department) because the timeing is 10am to 10 pm it is long period, then the work is also to load for us. We like redtape and happy to work here. This type of issues only we had other wise we are happy with redtape
