I am fed up with the management of this firm because they always counter me on my salary whenever there is some mistake happen by me or something done not satisfying manager's personal opinion. They also hold my half salary of last month and there is no security of your working wages because if they find anything not up to the mark then they will simply hold your salary, this can be happen if you are did a small mistake, there is no space for learning or training things, they want to do thing from the day 1 without any proper information

Liked nothing about this company just trying to count the days with the hope that everything would be fine soon but nothing happened

Dislikes

There are list of dislikes which I can mention - They do not have proper company bank account to send salary they send it through UPI from personal account that why you will not have proof that you are working on any company - The head do not conduct any team meetings, she just gives work and comes back when something goes wrong from the client's end - They are highly unprofessional for the clinet end

...rently above resources in the company and need to be taken care of every moment. Salary is peanuts. No professionalism from manager and lack of clear communication. Manager dumps their mood swings on employees and speaks ill. Keen to hire freshers with a 2 year experiene and slave mindset. Pathetic.

Dislikes

Not worth working here. If you like being pressured 10 times in a day and processes that kill your creativity be my guest. Could be a better company considering the potential and clients but if you keep treating resources like they're nothing you can't sustain. No HR policy in place, people are expected to hire their own replacement and train them. No personal life here. All about work that will only get recognised when you decide to leave. Apparently they're so sensitive to leaving they make you feel guilty about it.

One gets to learn a lot in the professional environment when in comes to digital marketing. You are taught to be independent for doing many tasks.

Dislikes

There is no benefit for the employees in this organisation. The only motto here is to keep the clients satisfied.
