Nothing good working at red lemon

Main dislike reason was Boss wasn't loyal with his words, at the time of joining the said my salary is 35K per month and work timing is 8:30 am to 4:30 pm for my role. At 2nd month of salary he paid me 22K and when I questioned he stated if you want full you have to sit till 9 pm then will think to pay around 30K. And moreover, after February he asks to join with Tally Team and learn and work on it. On questioning, he said then I cannot pay you what you're asking for, and purposely ignoring the report. And then asked me my role is not required for company as sales team is managing.

I joined Red Lemon as an intern and now I am working as a full-time employee here. The working culture is very good you can easily mange your professional and personal life in 5 days working schedule. I am happily working here.

Good work environment and culture. Management is very transparent. Activities on time to time basis, incentives and appraisals on time always

Team members on higher positions are not too much supportive

Company is good and it's environment is too good but some people are to selfish and the management is dependent on your work but mostly they not able to get in touch with you...

The first and the last I disliked inthe Redlemon is interaction with seniors we are not able to interact with serious that why they can't understand you and your work

They had provided me good guidance and having started off my career as a fresher here, they were supportive.

Dislikes

There was not much employee training facility offered in the company which if they start giving, I think employees would give their 100% at work.
