...ement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arecade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

At the initial stage I liked it but later I realized that Red Carpet is doing fraud with the employees and their customers

Dislikes

Red Carpet is doing fraud with their customers as well as their employees. They are not proving sufficient salary as well as the salary slip and out of no where they will deduct money and don't even let you know. The customers will not get approved but their data is been captured and data is been sold to other countries

Likes

Nothing is there to like. They just recruit very fast without any guarantee or respect for the employees.

Dislikes

...the new employee to reach by 10 am and sit there unnecessarily without any work. If the employee gets late by 15 minutes, they deduct half day of the salary. No empathy or sympathy is shown towards any medical condition. No professionalism. They charge blindly to the clients. No fixed quotation for any project. They ask you to bring any amount from the client that is possible. When you put your points, they immediately fire you without any proper documentation and do not compensate for the time you have invested even when you got them the clients as well. Not at all a good place to work or enrol as a client as well.

The company concept is really good to provide Credit card for students so they can use the credit card swipe everywhere. I love the fact that comapny think about student who are facing financial problem in their college life So they can easly apply and get Credit from RedCarpet only basis on their college id ,Aadhar card and pen card as well as . Work experience is really good .

Dislikes

Compensation is Good but growth is slow. No fixed salary for BA and CM totally Target base . Sometime i have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.
