Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arecade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Nothing is there to like. They just recruit very fast without any guarantee or respect for the employees.

They have no staff but they lie in the interview that their staff is working from home and they will be joining soon and then calls the new employee to office unnecessarily which is not even a proper office, it is a co working space where you don't even get a proper cabin to take meetings. No other benefits like food or beverages. No punctuality in the senior manager who is by the way the only person working in the company. She reaches the co working space at 1-2pm and expects the new employee to reach by 10 am and sit there unnecessarily without any work. If the employee gets late by 15 minutes, they deduct half day of the salary. No empathy or sympathy is shown towards any medical condition. No professionalism. They charge blindly to the clients. No fixed quotation for any project. They ask you to bring any amount from the client that is possible. When you put your points, they immediately fire you without any proper documentation and do not compensate for the time you have invested even when you got them the clients as well. I have learned a lot in this company and also got best support not our seniors in Corona time our this company has provided full salary to us and also provided psychologist consultant and it's amazing in lockdown time everything is fine in this organisation

there is Delaying in our field executives payout and also Delaying in inventive amount, and management doesn't solve our issues from long time . Also not providing EPF and medicine insurance
